Coordinator 3 - Classroom Teacher

<p>Applications are invited for the following position: </p><p><b><u>COORDINATOR 3 - CLASSROOM TEACHER</u></b></p><p>A full time permanent classroom position - Co ordinator 3 is available  in 2022 for a passionate educator who demonstrates a strong commitment to providing a contemporary, flexible and data informed learning environment for all students. If you believe in making a real difference with children, and love being part of a welcoming and dynamic professional learning community and member of  the Schools&#39; Leadership Teams, then we would like you to join us. This position is working within two schools,  Our Lady of the Annunciation Pagewood and St Agnes&#39; Matraville. </p><p>The role of the Coordinator 3 is to support the school leadership team in Catholic Life and Mission, Teaching and Learning and Pastoral Care.</p><p>Commencing 31 January 2022 </p><p><b>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA </b></p><ul><li>A sound knowledge and commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students, including key liturgical, sacramental and family Mass attendance.</li><li>Model faith whilst mentoring colleagues and members of the school communities.</li><li>Qualifications and accreditation to teach Religious Education.</li><li>Demonstrate organisational, management and leadership skills.</li><li>Experienced teacher and leader of learning.</li><li>Ability to develop teacher professional practice.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a contemporary and flexible learning environment  within a  professional learning community.</li><li>A strategic leader with strong pedagogical practice in curriculum, particularly in the areas of Literacy  and Gifted Education.</li><li>Ability to analyse data and coordinate purposeful strategies to improve teaching practice and student outcomes.</li><li>Commitment to a culture of ongoing improvement through critical reflective practice.</li><li>Ability to design and deliver effective professional learning that aligns with the school&#39;s Annual Improvement Plan and System priorities.</li><li>Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills that contribute positively to a professional staff culture.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with parents, staff and students. </li><li>A commitment to academic excellence with high expectations of all staff and students. </li><li>Capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
