<p>In 2022, the school will commence its 4th year of implementation of Mathematical Excellence and Expertise. The successful applicant will be entrusted to continue leading this program.</p><p>The role includes:</p><p>Leading the implementation of exemplary classroom practice K-6 in Mathematical Excellence &amp; Expertise (MEE) through an Instructional Coaching model</p><p>Supporting class and whole school pedagogy, programs, professional learning, assessment and student achievement in Mathematics</p><p>Collecting, analysing and responding to school achievement data (including PAT, Clinical Interviews and NAPLAN)</p><p>Building relational trust with colleagues, students and parents</p><p>Leading professional dialogue that is informed by feedback, analysis of student data and current research to improve student numeracy outcomes</p><p>Mentoring teachers through sharing ideas about the creation, selection and use of appropriate numeracy teaching strategies and resources</p><p>Undertaking coordinator leadership, grade and administrative responsibilities</p><p>Essential requirements for the successful applicant:</p><p>Demonstrated expertise and sound experience as a classroom practitioner across all curriculum areas</p><p>Certificate of completion of MEE at Highly Accomplished or Lead levels</p><p>NESA Teacher Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above</p><p>Current Working with Children Check</p><p>SALT Compliance certificates</p><p>Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in a Catholic School (Category C)</p><p>Engagement and contribution to the life and mission of the Catholic Church, as a practising Catholic, incorporating the values of the Gospel into areas of work</p><p><br /></p>
