<p>The Head of Junior School is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and leadership of the activities of the students and teachers within the following areas—pastoral care, academic performance, classroom practice, administration, budget and staff management. The focus of this role is on student development, and development and support of pedagogical practices with the teaching staff. The Head or Junior School will work closely with the Deputy Principal and Heads of Sub-School to ensure curriculum development is appropriate to the learners and will support the pedagogical practices with teachers throughout the college.
