The College has achieved a well-deserved reputation for not only graduating great students but developing great teachers and educational leaders. </p><p>We are seeking to appoint an innovative, energetic and collaborative professional to teach within the Technologies (TAS) and Science Faculties. Suitably qualified professionals who have enthusiasm for and/or experience in teaching Stages 5 and 6 Agriculture are invited to apply for the position. The ability to teach within the Science Faculty would be an advantage however not essential. The ideal applicant will be able to prepare animals and students for showing, foster the use and implementation of new technologies and assist in maintaining the Agriculture plot. They will have a dynamic proactive approach to teaching, immersion into College life, enthusiasm for teaching young people, with professional values and experience in the Faculty area to the HSC level. </p><p>Ensuring high quality educational outcomes, to meet the highest possible standards for our students is part of our values and ethos. Teachers should be committed to their own professional development and expanding work practices to fulfil these values. </p><p>More specifically, the successful candidate will have the ability to: </p><p>• Demonstrate experience in teaching Agriculture to the HSC level </p><p>• Work collaboratively within a team to contribute in the further development of the Technologies Faculty, including the management of an Agriculture Aid </p><p>• Prepare animals and students for showing, foster the use and implementation of new technologies and assist in maintaining the Agriculture plot </p><p>• Contribute to an innovative educational direction that exists within the College </p><p>• Drive academic programs and results in the subject areas leading up to the HSC </p><p>• Demonstrate exemplary organisation and communication skills </p><p>• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum and assessment </p><p>• Implement digital literacy with regard to application of pedagogy </p><p>• Exhibit well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with students, parents and staff </p><p>• Present appropriate tertiary qualifications, including teaching qualifications </p><p>NESA accreditation and a current WWCC approval number is required. </p><p>Applicants must be committed Christians with an active involvement in a local church. </p><p>Applicants should register their interest by submitting a cover letter to the Headmaster, outlining their motivation and experience; resume; completed Teacher Application Form (found on our College website - and certified copies of qualifications. </p><p>CV’s and a College application form should be submitted via email to employment&#64; </p><p>Applications for the Agriculture (TAS) / Science Permanent Full Time position close 4.00pm Friday 29th October 2021. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
