We place a strong emphasis on Indigenous culture, health and wellbeing, and engagement. This position is part-time unless you can teach across other KLAs. </p><p>Selection Criteria </p><p>1. Qualifications in Horticulture, agriculture or conservation and land management </p><p>2. Certificate IV in TAE (or willingness to undertake irrespective of holding other education qualifications) </p><p>3. Current industry knowledge and experience </p><p>4. Ability to think outside the box, roll up their sleeves and get into it, and create inspiring learning experiences for our students. </p><p>5. Have a strong passion for pastoral care and working with young people experiencing barriers to their education. </p><p>6. Strong commitment to genuine best practices in quality training and assessing </p><p>7.
