We embrace the outdoors and seek to provide experiences that enrich the lives of our children.</p><p>Deputy Principal (Learning and Teaching and/or Literacy/other POL) </p><p>We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and innovative leader to work in partnership with staff, students and the parent community. </p><p>The role of the Deputy Principal is to support the principal and leadership team in managing the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of the education of all students. It will involve working closely with the principal in enacting the strategic directions of MACS and the school vision and strategic plan. </p><p>Our strategic plan includes and reflects the following key priorities: </p><p>• Enlivening faith education and Catholic identity </p><p>• Improved learning outcomes for all students </p><p>• Strengthening and development of expert teacher practice, feedback, leadership formation and capacity building </p><p>• Effective communication, strong organisational skills and problem solving </p><p>• Focus on ensuring a child safe, inclusive environment </p><p>We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant with a proven record of leadership and who aspires to a principalship. The position will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis in the DP role for two years.
