Good Shepherd College is seeking a relational College Counsellor / Student Wellbeing Officer to support student wellbeing across our two campuses. The role, which can be between three to five days, is designed to support students social and emotional needs, as well as implement wellbeing strategies for the whole community.
<p>Good Shepherd College is a small, community focused school of 220 students across two campuses. The role is supported by classroom and Pastoral Care teachers, a strong Learning Support team and administrative leaders on both campuses. Hamilton has a number of external support agencies, with a special wellness centre being developed between the four secondary schools of the town. This role, will also play a part in supporting this unique opportunity one day a week, from 2023.</p>

Our Prep to Year 6 campus is nestled within the regional centre of Hamilton, on spacious grounds and well-appointed facilities. The senior campus, supporting Year 7-12 students, is situated on a picturesque, rural property of 45 hectares located on the outskirts of Hamilton.
