About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a Religious Education Coordinator at St John Vianney’s, Waramanga. Please note that this position is for an initial two-year period with an opportunity for further extensions. Two further extensions (each of four years) may be offered based on performance outcomes. The position will be underpinned by a permanent (ongoing) teaching position within Catholic Education.  Essential Criteria <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none"> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively in both written and verbal format</li> <li>Work collaboratively as member of a team and effectively facilitate group interaction</li> <li>Effectively plan, prioritise, coordinate, and, if necessary, delegate multiple tasks in a timely manner</li> <li>Use highly developed problem solving skills and demonstrate emotional maturity</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality and manage challenging situations with composure and diplomacy</li> <li>Be a highly competent classroom teacher whose practices reflect current pedagogy and employ a broad range of teaching strategies and learning technologies</li> <li>Effectively use computer programs and resources</li> <li>Articulate educational issues and perspectives in communication with colleagues and others, and particularly in public forums.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Please refer to the role description for an in-depth detail regarding criteria and skill set required.
