Learning Support Assistant required to support a student with additional needs in Early Stage 1. An LSA is required for 6 hours per day in Term 1 and 2. Ongoing support will also be required in Term 3 and 4 for 4 hours per day, with the possibility of this being extended to 6 hours per day.

In Term 1 and 2 this role will require an LSA for 6 hours each day.  In Term 3 and 4 this role will require an LSA for 4 hours per day, with the possibility of being extended to 6 hours per day.</p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate teacher to inspire, motivate and engage students. Working collaboratively with teachers at the school you will be responsible for implementing innovative and evidence informed practices that improve outcomes for all. Being prepared to grow and learn is an essential part of this role as we aim to ensure success for all our students. </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School. </li></ul><ul><li>Compassionate, patient and flexible practitioner who has strong communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to collaborate with staff, parents and other professionals to implement point of need adjustments. </li></ul><ul><li>A commitment to helping students meet their learning goals and reaching their potential. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate an understanding of the NCCD processes and procedures to support students with diverse learning needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate organisational and record keeping skills. </li></ul><ul><li>The ability to be flexible and move across classes if required. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of working with students who have medical needs, or a desire to expand your skills in this area. </li></ul><ul><li>Level 2 or 3 Teachers Assistant Certificate (or similar) is preferred but is not essential. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>The Rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
