<p>The Growth and Development Coach will be responsible for the development of a coaching and mentoring program within the school. The successful candidate would ideally be an experienced practitioner looking to share their skills and expertise with the whole staff group. The school will engage in a coaching course in the Instructional Coaching model. This model would then be implemented into our school and eventually embedded in our culture. The successful applicant will be a member of the Leadership Team and contribute to the decision-making processes in the school.</p><p>Please see the attached position description for further information.</p>
