The DOBCEL Board and its operational arm, Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) work together to support the leadership of Catholic Primary and Secondary schools, to promote Catholic Identity, deliver quality learning, provide effective stewardship and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with the community. </p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated and highly experienced Catholic Education Professional to join the organisation as the Deputy Director: Catholic Education. </p><p>Reporting to the Executive Director Catholic Education Ballarat, this newly created role sees the Deputy Director: Catholic Education assuming responsibility for the strategic leadership of the Catholic Education portfolio across the following key areas: </p><p>• Catholic Identity and Mission </p><p>• Learning and Teaching </p><p>• Student Wellbeing </p><p>• Education Consultant Team </p><p>You will be a proven strategic leader with an exemplary relational leadership capacity and significant successful experience as a Catholic School Principal.
