To continue to achieve our plans for growth and improvement, we are currently seeking a dynamic&nbsp;Business Partner - Education Technology to&nbsp;contribute to the design of educational technology solutions in line with system needs.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The&nbsp;Business Partner - Education Technology is accountable for;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Engagement with business stakeholders including central office&nbsp;and school based staff to define and implement new or updated policies, processes, practices and technology solutions to meet system and school needs</li> <li dir="ltr">Provide insights and recommendations across the span of educational policy and process including including enrolments, attendance, markbook, welfare and other areas</li> <li>Provide interpretation and counsel to CEO, Project and School teams regarding the educational business setting, business processes, policy, practices and technology</li> <li>Research issues and develop solutions to resolve business issues through technology and process improvement</li> <li>Apply a structured change management methodology and champion change management activities</li> <li> <div>Work with BA's and SME's to achieve effective end-to end policy, process and&nbsp;system outcomes</div> </li> <li> <div>Respond to requests for support and service through incident management processes with a focus on providing the highest level of quality support and guidance</div> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li> <div>Experience of Higher Education or K-12 is highly regarded</div> </li> <li> <div>Knowledge of the Compass&nbsp;Education software also highly regarded</div> </li> <li> <div>Demonstrated ability understand and document business requirements and translate to solutions and outcomes</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience delivering face to face, advice and guidance through webinars or local support</div> </li> <li> <div>Highly service oriented</div> </li> </ul> <p>We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation, and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education, and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
