<p>St Francis Xavier College is a Catholic College with an enrolment of over 3,300 students for 2021. </p><p>The College serves families from the parishes of Berwick, Koo Wee Rup/Maryknoll/Iona, Narre Warren and Pakenham under the governance of Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL). </p><p>St Francis Xavier College is easily accessed via several major freeways – only 20 minutes from Springvale Road on the M1. </p><p>The College Learning Program is delivered through its Game Plan for fostering student achievement which is comprised of four plays: </p><ul><li><b>Catholic Identity - orientating towards Christ </b></li><li><b>Differentiation - enabling growth for all </b></li><li><b>Positive Learning Partnerships - building stronger relationships </b></li><li><b>Wellbeing for Learning - teaching the skills of wellbein</b>g </li></ul><p>We are looking for a Director of Learning Culture for our Beaconsfield Campus to realise the College Cultural Leadership Statement for the 2021 to 2023 school years as a POL 5 with a full-time ongoing teaching appointment. </p><p>The role of the Director of Learning Culture is to lead the implementation of the College learning and teaching directions at their campus.
