<p>St Francis Xavier College is a Catholic College with enrolments of over 3,300 students for 2021. </p><p>The College serves families from the parishes of Berwick, Koo Wee Rup/Maryknoll/Iona, Narre Warren and Pakenham under the governance of Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL). </p><p>St Francis Xavier College is easily accessed via several major freeways – only 20 minutes from Springvale Road on the M1. </p><p>The College Learning Program is delivered through its Game Plan for fostering student achievement which is comprised of four plays: </p><ul><li><b>Catholic Identity - orientating towards Christ </b></li><li><b>Differentiation - enabling growth for all </b></li><li><b>Positive Learning Partnerships - building stronger relationships </b></li><li><b>Wellbeing for Learning - teaching the skills of wellbeing </b></li></ul><p>We are looking for a Campus Learning Adjustment Leader at our Beaconsfield Campus to realise the College Cultural Leadership Statement for the 2022 school year as a POL 3 with a full-time ongoing teaching appointment. </p><p>The role of the Learning Adjustment Leader is to lead the implementation of the Learning Adjustment Program at their Campus. This includes implementation of NCCD, New Arrival/Refugee, EAL/D, ATSI and CALD Programs. The Learning Adjustment Leader is to ensure there is effective communication with students, parents and staff.
