<p>Eileen O’Connor Catholic College, Lewisham is a co-educational primary and secondary Sydney Catholic Schools college. Applicants wishing to know more about the college can access the school’s website https://eocc.nsw.edu.au/ </p><p>We are seeking a temporary behaviour teacher (0.4FTE) with knowledge and insights in special needs education. <br /></p><p>The successful applicant would need to demonstrate:</p><p>- A knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the Catholic school;</p><p>- Expertise in delivering primary and/or Stage 4/5/6 Life Skills courses;</p><p>- Passion, specific knowledge and proven experience in catering for students with special needs;</p><p>- Knowledge and skills in using technology to support learning;</p><p>- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community;</p><p>- Knowledge of wellbeing strategies to support students with varying communication, academic and social needs;</p><p>- Registration to teach with NESA and Sydney Catholic Schools.</p>
