They will have the ability to develop positive relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and inquiry and be proactive in their support of the Christian mission and values of the College. </p><p>The successful applicant will: </p><p>• Be an experienced, highly effective, innovative and motivated educator with a passion for learning and teaching </p><p>• Have proven ability to differentiate instruction and personalise learning for students from Year 7 to Year 12 </p><p>• Be experienced in teaching Stages 4, 5 and 6 Science. </p><p>• Be willing to be involved in the broader life of the College and actively and enthusiastically support the co-curricular and outdoor education program of the College </p><p>• Have relevant secondary education qualifications </p><p>• Have proven ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team </p><p>• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills </p><p>• Possess a strong knowledge of the NSW curriculum </p><p>• Be personally committed to learning </p><p>• Be informed by data and research </p><p>• Have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated </p><p>• Be flexible and approachable </p><p>• Possess strong ICT competencies. </p><p>• Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College </p><p>Roseville College is proudly a Child Safe Organisation, putting the best interests of children and young people first.
