<p>Guilford Young College College is a Senior Secondary Years 11 and 12 co-educational Catholic College with an enrolment of 835 students.</p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following position:</p><p><b>RTO Development and Compliance Officer<br />1.0 FTE, full-time, ongoing role<br />Commencement Date: as soon as possible</b></p><p>Guilford Young College is an award winning RTO that works across all Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) schools and colleges planning, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate RTO systems.<br /></p><p>Would you like to: </p><ul><li>Be part of an RTO team that supports the success of our excellent VET programs providing training to students in the Tasmanian Catholic Colleges. </li><li>Be supported in your role by a team that is open to creativity and values your expertise. </li><li>Work for an organisation which aims to provide quality industry recognised training to assist students get a head start on a range of career pathways. </li><li>Work for an organisation that values, promotes and provides both professional and personal development opportunities. </li></ul><p>Applicants who do not meet all criteria, but are willing to learn and undertake extra training are encouraged to apply.<br /></p><ul><li>Able to apply high-level communication skills, both verbally and in writing to a wide range of people </li><li>Able to work collegially in a team environment </li><li>Proficient with office equipment and technology including the ability to develop online research and training tools </li><li>Works with professional integrity, reliability and dependability </li><li>Excellent time management and organisational abilities </li><li>Able to undertake research and data analysis </li><li>Able to manage and resolve conflict in a constructive manner </li><li>Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing VET programs (or ability to develop this knowledge) </li><li>Able to adapt and coordinate change and create practical solutions to problems </li><li>Able to work independently with broad direction </li><li>Highly effective administration and decision making skills including demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Able to supervise staff </li><li>Extensive working knowledge of training packages (or ability to develop this) </li></ul><p>Guilford Young College is committed to supporting the rights of children and young people and providing a safe and supportive environment for them.
