<p>A full-time Mathematics teaching position is available, commencing at the start of the 2022 school year. College is proud of its rich history of strong academic accomplishment matched with connectedness in life. </p><p>The successful applicant will be expected to teach at a range of year levels and will be: </p><ul><li>a committed and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher who possesses specialist knowledge and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and students to achieve their personal best outcomes. </li><li>keen to join a strong team of specialist Mathematics teachers. </li><li>able to teach in their subject area at a range of year levels, from Year 7 onwards. VCE classes may be offered to the successful candidate and previous VCE teaching experience may be an advantage. The nature of the candidate’s skills will determine exact areas or levels of teaching in the Senior School. </li><li>determined to continue students’ high levels of achievement in both internal and external testing. </li><li>aware of modern trends in education and willing to utilise technology in their teaching. Some experience with CAS may be an advantage. </li><li>available for commencement of full duties at the beginning of the 2022 school year. </li><li>be fully qualified and registered to teach in a Victorian School and have VIT teacher registration or interstate equivalent. Applicants must also have a full and up to date police check. </li></ul><p>This position reports to the Head of Mathematics. </p><p>A staff mentor is provided to all newly appointed teachers at the College.
