Opportunity to join our innovative and nurturing learning community in the temporary position of Indonesian Teacher. The College is seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to join our Languages Team in teaching students in Years 7 to 12. Full-time maternity leave replacement; Mar - Dec 2022

This is a full-time maternity leave replacement position; March - Dec, 2022. </b><br /></p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Experienced teacher of Indonesian across Stages 4, 5 and 6.</li><li>Demonstrated sound knowledge of recent developments in the theory and practice of Languages education, the NESA and MYP syllabus and Assessment and Reporting requirements which facilitate personalised learning. </li><li>Experienced and innovative in the teaching, programming and evaluation of a diverse and dynamic Languages curriculum.</li><li>Understanding of the requirements of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (MYP) for the teaching of language.</li><li>Understanding of and commitment to the mission and purpose of an all-girl Catholic College embracing the Good Samaritan and Benedictine tradition. </li><li>Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in a team environment. </li><li>A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher, including appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation. </li></ul><p>Applicants must have the capacity and willingness to teach Religious Education and/or other subjects as required and be committed to the Catholic ethos of the College.</p><p>A job specification and application form are available on the College website: <a href="http://www.stmarys.nsw.edu.au/our-college/employment/" rel="nofollow">www.stmarys.nsw.edu.au/our-college/employment/</a> </p><p>Applications close on Sunday, 21 November 2021</p><p>Please submit a curriculum vitae and covering letter addressing the essential criteria, copies of qualifications, proof of accreditation, the names and contact details of two professional referees, and a teaching position application form (refer College website www.stmarys.nsw.edu) to <a href="mailto:employment&#64;stmarys.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">employment&#64;stmarys.nsw.edu.au</a>.
