<p>A unique opportunity exists for suitably qualified enthusiastic and energetic <b><i>Saxophone Specialist</i></b> for students enrolled in the College Music program.</p><p>This position will commence on the Week Beginning 31st January 2022.</p><p> </p><p>Position as follows: </p><ul><li>We are seeking a part-time Saxophone specialist for students enrolled in the College Music Program from Year 7 – 12.</li><li>Part-time, ongoing position for 0.1 FTE day per week depending on enrollment numbers.</li><li>Experience in a school setting and music notation reading skills preferred.</li><li>Experience in teaching alto, tenor, and baritone saxophone required. </li><li>This position includes one Alto Saxophone and one Tenor Saxophone Group that are part of the Year 7 program. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, student performance and progress. </li><li>Complete other administrative tasks as required. </li><li>Work in a team with other teachers in the Music Department. </li><li>Cooperate with school procedures in relation to matters such as student attendance, punctuality, care of rooms, and adherence to rules. </li><li>Adhere to all school policies and attend meetings when requested. </li><li>Requirements: Must hold a current Working with Children Check and a current Police Check. </li><li>Must be fully COVID vaccinated.</li></ul><p>Santa Maria College promotes the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all Children and young people. </p><p><br /></p>
