<p><b>Head of Arts Department </b></p><p><i>Position Summary:</i></p><p>To give personal witness to Catholic/Marist values in carrying out the day-to-day duties of the position </p><p>To provide assistance and support to all staff across Music, Arts, Media, Design, Dance and Drama</p><p>To co ordinate their department across all 3 campuses and ensure curriculum is delivered </p><p><i>Essential Criteria:</i></p><p>A demonstrated understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission </p><p>Must be experienced in Senior Music </p><p>Ability to plan, prepare and deliver teaching and learning programs to meet the diverse characteristics, needs and learning styles of students, which are consistent with relevant curriculum policies, work programs and educational trends </p><p>Ability to work effectively with students, their families and the wider community through appropriate interpersonal skills</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
