The College is seeking an enthusiastic, engaged and collaborative teacher for the new role of Pathways & Partnerships. There is the option for 0.5 FTE Pathways & Partnerships only, or an additional 0.5 FTE to teach English/HSIE.

<h4><b>There is the option for 0.5 FTE Pathways &amp; Partnerships only, or an additional 0.5 FTE to teach English/HSIE.</b></h4><p><br /></p><p>Applicants should address the following essential criteria in a cover letter addressed to the Principal:<br /></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a broad Partnerships framework to support a whole-school partnership approach with the Leader of Global Capabilities &amp; Entrepreneurship<br /></li><li>Work with industry experienced Partnership Coordinators (PC) across the SCS networks to build local community partnerships</li><li>Co-design, implement and evaluate a partnerships program which includes teacher and industry exchanges, alumni and student mentoring and partnership grant opportunities</li><li>Working with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver aligned outcomes.</li><li>Improving accessibility to, and promoting information about, complementary learning pathways in and beyond the school curriculum inclusive of micro-credentials.</li><li>Undertaking research and formulating recommendations to support evidence based project planning and decision making.</li><li>Developing strong new business relationships with external stakeholders including but not limited to universities and industry to establish credentialed pathways for students.</li><li>Strengthening collaboration between schools, employers and local communities to improve student engagement with external stakeholders in and beyond the school gates.</li></ul><p><b>Sydney Catholic Schools is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities.
