<p>The role encompasses the following duties as a broad overview in addition to general administrative duties: </p><p><b>Enrolments: </b></p><ul><li>attend to all enrolment enquiries, </li><li>maintaining school database records of enrolments and alumni, </li><li>following up personally at each touchpoint or stage in the enrolment process with prospective families</li></ul><p><b>Communication and Reception: </b></p><ul><li>act as the first contact for all visitors and telephone callers to the school, </li><li>manage enquiries from staff, parents and students and follow these up accordingly; </li><li>oversee maintenance of records e.g. ‘Working With Children’ checks and the like for staff and volunteers.</li></ul><p><b>Medical: </b></p><ul><li>act as the primary provider of First Aid </li><li>administer First Aid and medication.</li></ul><p>A knowledge of, or experience with, school finance systems and software is also desirable but not essential. </p>
