The successful candidate will be responsible for the School’s technology strategy and provide direction for the development and implementation of the School’s Information Technology environment. Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Information Technology will collaborate strategically and closely with the School’s Leadership Team and IT staff and services. </p><p>The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to implement technological change and drive a culture of ICT integration into all aspects of the organisation, with experienced gained within a large independent school or similar environment. </p><p>We require an inspirational leader who motivates innovation and forward thinking, encouraging all staff in the use of technology to improve student and business outcomes. High level organisational, planning, analytical and strategic thinking abilities will support a consultative decision-making style. The appointee will be aligned to the values and ethos of Loreto Normanhurst and support the School’s holistic learning philosophy. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential. </p><p>The role is a full-time fixed term contract (3 years) with the possibility of renewal.
