font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">a current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">requirement to travel between locations</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Qualifications and Work Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related area and extensive experience in managing human resources in a service related industry.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ideally, experience with child protection investigations, mandatory reporting and the Reportable Conduct Scheme, preferably in a school setting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Key Capabilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to develop relationships and liase with representatives from relevant internal&nbsp; and external groups and agencies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to develop, deliver, evaluate and review training from small and large groups.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to draft and format a range of correspondence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Proven organisational skills and a demonstrated abillity to exercise tact and discretion.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Proven commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement and client service.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Respect for the teachings of the Catholic Church and by conduct and lifestyle, ability to give witness to the Church's mission.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
