font-size: 11pt">a current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Qualifications and experience, relevant to the provision of leadership in Youth Ministry and Discipleship.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Significant experience in youth ministry and school evangelisation in a digital medium.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Key Capabilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated skills in using digital platforms to achieve outcomes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary approaches to youth engagement and leadership in youth ministry</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Practising Catholic who witnesses to Catholic beliefs and practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Respect for the teachings of the Catholic Church and by conduct and lifestyle, ability to give witness to the Church’s mission</span></li> <li style="list-style-type: none">&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
