At the heart of all we do are our core values of empathy, curiosity, excellence, collaboration and truth.<br><br></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for candidate sourcing activities and within the Recruitment team. This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities but also closely work together within a team of 5 Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers and other members of the People and Culture Directorate.</p> <p dir="ltr">Additionally, reporting into the Supervisor: Recruitment, this role focuses on building school relationships and partnerships to support our School Leaders in sourcing the best talent across our 150 schools. The Recruitment Resourcer also manages the various sourcing channels and the Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) talent pool with consistent and regular interaction with both active and passive candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must in attracting and engaging high-quality talent to SCS.
