Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) are looking for an Administration Officer/Reception to provide frontline customer service and administrative support for their head office in Wagga Wagga.

<p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Total remuneration package commencing at $54,843.00 per annum. </li><li>Permanent full-time role. </li><li>Located at head office in Wagga Wagga’s CBD. </li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Administration Officer, front reception is responsible for the delivery of a professional customer centric quality service. This position provides a positive, warm and professional first encounter with key stakeholders. </p><p>The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: </p><ul><li>Provide frontline reception service and support for customer enquiries; including first call complaint handling; </li><li>Provide professional quality customer service and effective administrative support for the functional areas of the organisation; </li><li>Manage the operational needs of a fleet of vehicles including registration and insurance payments; and </li><li>Deliver effective administration and support services including but not limited; data entry; record and system maintenance; drafting correspondence; documentation registration; mail distribution; diary management; travel arrangements; purchase requisitions; credit card reconciliation; and ordering and supplies. </li></ul><p>For further information on the role of Administration Officer/Reception, a copy of the position description is available in the attachments below. </p><p><b>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW): </b></p><p>CEDWW comprises 30 schools – 25 primary and 5 secondary. Boarding facilities can be accessed by 3 of our secondary schools. The Diocese is located within Wiradjuri country in the Riverina and south western district of New South Wales.
