This is a temparory part-time (job share) Administrative Officer, Level 4 role for 30 hours per fortnight over 3 set days per week for Term 1 2022.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits our system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>This is a temparory part-time (job share) Administrative Officer, Level 4 role  for 30 hours per fortnight over 3 set days per week for Term 1 2022. </p><p>You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, as well as being the first point of contact for enquiries from students, parents and the wider community. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p>To be successful in the role you will  be highly organised with a customer-centred approach to your work. You will also:</p><ul><li>Be supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education </li><li>Be a highly effective, skilled administration support officer with experience in a busy, dynamic office environment </li><li>Support the vision, purpose and values of Catholic Schools Broken Bay and the strategic priorities of the College </li><li>Have highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, students, parents/carers and community members </li><li>Be familiar with various software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Compass </li><li>Be task focused, with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties </li><li>deally have bookkeeping or accounting experience and knowledge of finance software packages </li><li>A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) would be advantageous </li><li>Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li></ul><p><b>The rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
