As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Training, Compliance & Accreditation Officer is accountable for coordinating and managing operational aspects in relation to mandatory training, peer review, teacher accreditation and professional learning.

The TCA Officer who will work as part of the Training Compliance and Accreditation team to be accountable for coordinating and managing operational aspects in relation to mandatory training, NESA compliance process and&nbsp; teacher accreditation . More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinate and ensure all operational matters in relation to mandatory training, accreditation and compliance for schools and CEDP office staff and teams</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Facilitate the effective delivery of education desk audits, school spot checks and improvement processes in relation to compliance and school improvement</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Provide support, advice and feedback to staff in relation to training, compliance and accreditation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Design and deliver professional learning in relation to mandatory training, compliance&nbsp; and accreditation</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Recent school experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Understanding of NESA compliance requirements</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Skilled in using contemporary business software such as Google suite and Excel</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to interpret and evaluate education data</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Good communication skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Capacity to collaborate&nbsp; effectively&nbsp; with a range of stakeholders</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in education or a related field</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A teaching qualification is desirable</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
