MacKillop Catholic College,Warnervale is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Teacher in a temporary, part-time position (3 days a week until Feb 25th and then 4 days a week until the end of 2022) for the 2022 school year.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits our system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>MacKillop Catholic College,Warnervale is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Teacher in a temporary, part-time position (3 days a week until Feb 25th and then 4 days a week until the end of 2022)  for the 2022 school year. </p><p> </p><p><b>About you</b><br /></p><ul><li>Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school </li><li>Special Education qualifications essential </li><li>Understanding and willingness to work in an inclusive co-teaching model </li><li>Willingness to work in an Inclusive model of education and collaborating within a K-12 framework. </li><li>Knowledge in planning and creating adjustments to suit individual student needs. </li><li>Ability to work with all levels of staff to implement policy and programs including DDA and Standards </li><li>Good interpersonal and organisational skills </li><li>Liaise with parents, carers, and outside agencies </li><li>Identify, plan, and engage in professional learning both personally and with team members </li><li>Applicant needs to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of the National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD)</li></ul><p><b>The rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
