Burdekin Catholic High School, Ayr is seeking an experienced and dedicated Arts and Cultural Program Leader. This role is a Full Time, Fixed Term position commencing in Term 1, 2022.

<p><b>Position</b>: Arts and Cultural Program Leader<br /><b>Commencing Date</b>: Term 1, 2022<br /><b>Classification</b>: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract<br /><b>Salary Range</b>: $86,825 - $120,049 per annum pending experience<br /><b>Incentives</b>: ITAS Allowances<br /><b>Closing Date</b>: Sunday, 30 January 2022 unless filled prior</p><p>Burdekin Catholic High School, Ayr is a secondary co-educational school for students in Years 7 to 12. The school is a member of the Marist Brothers’ network and has strong links with St Francis School, Ayr and St Colman&#39;s School, Home Hill enabling a total experience of Catholic education for the student. Our staff are recognised as being central to achieving our mission. </p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>The Arts and Cultural Program Leader supports the mission of the college through leadership of specific academic, cultural, outreach, sporting or other defined programs offered to students and/or the college community. The Arts and Cultural Program Leader will interact with students, staff and parents as well as developing and implementing effective processes and practices in keeping with the values and ethos of the college and designed to accomplish the desired outcomes of the specific program.
