<p>Applicants must be able to:</p><ul><li>work with classroom teachers in relation to individual students and/or small groups to support the implementation of teaching programs during the school term.</li><li>Support students to understand and participate in the school culture</li><li>Support students in Literacy and Numeracy as directed by the classroom teacher, Curriculum coordinator of Head of Campus</li><li>Continue with appropriate behaviour Management strategies as directed and implemented by class teachers.</li><li>Building students confidence and self esteem</li><li>Reinforcing school culture</li><li>Use appropriate tutoring resources  to assist students requiring support</li><li>Manage identified needs of individual students</li></ul><p>Salary as per current EBA and consistent with experience and qualifications.
