<p>Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) has an exciting opportunity for two payroll professionals to join our busy People &amp; Culture Team based in our Wagga Wagga office.<br /> <br /> <strong>What we can offer:</strong><br /> </p> <ul> <li>Total remuneration package of $70,014 per annum (inclusive of Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading).</li> <li>Permanent full-time roles.</li> <li>Located at the head office in Wagga Wagga's CBD.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your new role:</strong><br /> <br /> The Payroll Officer provides support to CEDWW head office, diocesan employees and the CEDWW system of schools across a range of payroll information services and functions.<br /> <br /> The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<br /> </p> <ul> <li>Processing of pay on a fortnightly basis for an assigned number of schools;</li> <li>Responsible for first 'call' resolution of Payroll enquiries</li> <li>Providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services and advice</li> <li>Respond to all employee queries or questions and undertake investigations into relevant payroll issues and discrepancies, including EA, Award and policy interpretation.</li> <li>Generating contracts of employment for all new and existing school-based staff (office-based staff as required); and</li> <li>Support the Senior Payroll Officer</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW):</strong><br /> <br /> CEDWW comprises 29 schools - 24 primary and five secondary.
