Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Enhancement (Support) Teacher, commencing January 2022.

<p> </p><div>We acknowledge the Turrbal and Jagera People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land on which Redeemer Lutheran College is built.<br /></div><div>Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Learning Enhancement (Support) Teacher to take on this full time fixed term teaching position commencing January 2022 and concluding 2 December 20212 </div><div>We welcome applications from individuals who are Curious, Courageous and Christ-led and have a genuine commitment to professional and personal growth and development. The applicant should be able to: </div><div>• Support the Christian Ethos of the College; </div><div>• Demonstrate excellence and a proven track record in the Learning Enhancement (Years P to 6) teaching area; </div><div>• Have a strong working knowledge of inclusive practices and processes; </div><div>• Work cooperatively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community; </div><div>• Be an innovator and advocate for contemporary learning; </div><div>• Provide excellent pastoral care to students; </div><div>Applications should include: </div><div>• a current curriculum vitae; </div><div>• contact details; </div><div>• a copy of professional qualifications; </div><div>• a copy of your current registration card from Queensland College of Teachers; </div><div>• Names and contact details of three (3) referees; </div><div>• Maximum 2 page response to the selection criteria. </div><div>Your response should address the following selection criteria: </div><div>• SC.1 Years P to 6 Learning Enhancement teaching experience including individual student plans, EAP and knowledge of how to collect evidence of support for the NCCD; </div><div>• SC.2 Ability to engage and enhance student learning; </div><div>• SC.3 Development of appropriate intervention strategies; </div><div>Redeemer Lutheran College is committed to the wellbeing and safety of students in its care.
