<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Parramatta</p><p dir="ltr">We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to join our busy Enterprise Change team in an advisory, coaching and facilitation role. You will be involved in supporting change initiatives across the organisation as well as some exciting Enterprise Change projects around enterprise reporting, collaboration and relationship building. You will bring demonstrated experience in working with all levels of management, strong written &amp; verbal communication skills, exceptional relationship management skills and a passion for ensuring change programs and projects deliver successful outcomes.</p> <p dir="ltr">At the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) we are committed to responding to the needs of students in a world that is changing rapidly. Working as an integral part of the Enterprise Change Team, the purpose of the Enterprise Change Manager is to provide advisory, coaching and facilitation services across the organisation with a focus on preparing high level ChangeMAPs to establish change attributes such as people impacts and the enablers required to ensure sustainable solutions.</p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Enterprise Change Lead, the focus of your role will be partnering with stakeholders to enable sustainable change by:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with the Enterprise Change Lead to build an enterprise-wide change capability</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Conducting change analysis, proposing change approaches, and delivering change in line with the organisation’s Enterprise Change framework, methodology and enabling tools</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Producing change enablers for stakeholder communication, engagement and learning plus project documentation for change initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Contributing to the success of key stakeholders across the organisation, through facilitating Change as a Skill (CaaS)</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Liaising with system leaders and collaborating with project teams to deliver best-fit situational and general change approaches to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of planned outcomes</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Building a detailed understanding of the diverse staff groups within the organisation to ensure open communication with organisational-wide specialists and leaders</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maximising change outcomes through measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation, and performance to achieve the return on change.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A passion for change and the enthusiasm to make a difference</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">The ability to engage and build rapport across a diverse stakeholder population</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Adaptability and the willingness to embrace new ideas</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Able to work within a team and be part of the solution</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Walk the talk and exemplify the change management profession</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
