<p>St Charbel’s College is an independent Maronite Catholic Co-Educational K-12 school administered by the Lebanese Maronite Order of Monks. St Charbel&#39;s College promotes a love of learning and the Gospel values of justice, peace, love, compassion, acceptance, generosity and service. </p><p>The College welcomes applications from aspirational, energetic, innovative and passionate applicants for the role of Administrative Assistant. </p><p>The position is a full-time permanent role that is available for an immediate start, with working hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The candidate will also be required to work during parts of the school holidays. </p><p>The Administrative Assistant’s key responsibilities include: </p><p>• Front of house duties </p><p>• Providing clerical and administrative support to members of the Executive team </p><p>• Assisting with first aid for students and staff </p><p>• Preparing and dispatching of communication to the school community </p><p>• Assisting in the College print room when required </p><p>• Various emailing, filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry duties </p><p><b>Essential selection criteria </b></p><p>• A commitment to the ethos of a Maronite Catholic school </p><p>• Demonstrated administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail </p><p>• Being able to work as part of a team, but also autonomously </p><p>• Be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude </p><p>• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite of products </p><p>• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with staff, students and parents </p><p>• Willingness to learn new skills </p><p><br /></p><p>The successful applicant MUST hold a current NSW Working with Children Check, as well as meet the vaccination requirements applicable to schools. </p><p>To apply for this role, please forward your resume and a covering letter (addressed to the Business Manager) addressing the position requirements. </p><p>Applications close on Friday 21st January 2022. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p>
