The Enrolments Administrator provides administrative support to the Roseville College Registrar Office. The Registrar Office is responsible for managing the enrolment process, organising all enrolment events, tracking and reporting on enquiries, scholarship management and potential enrolment engagement.

The Registrar Office is responsible for managing the enrolment process, organising all enrolment events, tracking and reporting on enquiries, scholarship management and potential enrolment engagement.</p><p>This is a Part-Time position (0.5 FTE), with 4 weeks annual leave. Shorter hours across several days are preferred. To meet the requirements of the role, flexibility to work outside of normal business hours from time to time is required to support registrar events.</p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><ul><li>Have demonstrated experience in high level administration role<br /></li><li>Have a high level of attention to detail, a desire to provide excellent customer service, and good organisation skills are essential for this role</li><li>Have highly effective administrative and project management skills</li><li>Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>The ability to work in a team as well as being self-motivated and able to work autonomously.</li><li>The ability to quickly adapt and take up the use of technology</li><li>Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems an advantage</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), and Google Suite</li><li>Experience in a school environment and/or enrolment position highly desirable, but not required</li><li>Conflict management skills</li><li>Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College</li></ul><p>Roseville College is proudly a Child Safe Organisation, putting the best interests of children and young people first.
