At Christian Brothers’ High School Lewisham, we focus on the boy to grow the man. </i></p><p>We are looking for an innovative Learning Support Officer to join our Diverse Learning team. In this role, you will collaborate with Learning Support Teachers to provide exceptional support to students across Years 5-12 with additional learning needs. This is a temporary contract for 2022 school year.</p><p><b>In this role, you will: </b></p><ul><li>Provide practical assistance to support the learning of students with disabilities and learning difficulties in and out of the classroom environment </li><li>Deliver small group academic support to students through the running of targeted courses </li><li>Assist the Diverse Learning Department with general administration duties </li><li>Supervise students with additional learning needs</li></ul><p><b>About you: </b></p><ul><li>You are suitably experienced or qualified in Education Support </li><li>You have experience in the delivery of MultiLit programs (preferred) </li><li>You possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>You’re interested in helping meet the educational and wellbeing needs of young men </li><li>You are willing to support the Catholic ethos of the School </li></ul><p>Applications (including a cover letter and CV) should be addressed to the Principal, Dr. Michael Blowes and sent to <a href="mailto:HR&#64;cbhslewisham.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">HR&#64;cbhslewisham.nsw.edu.au</a> </p><p>Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory employment background screening.
