<p><b>Key Responsibilities and Duties: </b></p><p><i>Classroom Support </i></p><p>• Work with classroom teachers in relation to individual students and/or small groups to support the implementation of teaching programs during the school term. </p><p>• Support students to understand and participate in the school culture </p><p>• Support students in Literacy and Numeracy as directed by Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator or Head of Campus. </p><p>• Continue with appropriate behaviour management strategies as directed and implemented by class teachers </p><p>• Building student confidence and self esteem </p><p>• Reinforcing ‘school culture’ </p><p>• Use appropriate tutoring resources to assist students requiring support </p><p>• Manages identified needs of individual students as required </p><p>• Receive access to relevant information regarding student/s ISA’s / Tutors are working with and maintain confidentiality at all times </p><p>• Discuss or raise concerns/problems with class teacher, Curriculum Coordinator and Head of Campus </p><p> <b>Qualifications required: </b></p><p>All applicants must be eligible to gain a current Working with Children Card (Ochre Card). </p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p>
