Applicants need to be committed to delivering outstanding classroom practice.</p><p> Commencing Beginning of Term 2 2022 until end of Term 2 2022.</p><p>Essential Criteria:</p><ul><li>Preference to the ability to teach all components of Year 7 - 12 TAS.</li><li>Commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students.<br /></li><li>Commitment to developing the pursuit of academic excellence in students and staff.</li><li>Capable of empowering students to be independent learners, critical and creative thinkers.</li><li>High order interpersonal skills, conducive to collaboration which promotes a shared commitment to the strategic directions of the College.</li><li>Well-developed strategic, change management, organisational and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and set priorities and responsibilities aligned to the needs of the College.</li><li>Excellent presentation and ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.</li><li>Ability to lead the analysis of data to inform more effective learning and teaching practices.</li><li>Ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences for students and staff.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies.</li></ul><p>Interviews may commence before the closing date.</p><p>Working with Children Check</p><p>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us</p><p>Sydney Catholic Schools is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities.
