A passion for their own and others&#39; professional learning and a commitment to collaboration are highly desirable. A willingness to be a part of a school culture that promotes building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff is essential.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and experience with the Berry St Education Model and Positive Behaviour for Learning pedagogies. They will have efficient and effective communication strategies and a strong understanding of the processes required for NCCD evidence collection. </p><p>This position requires the successful candidate to be a member of the school&#39;s leadership team.</p><p>This position is advertised as a full-time position but there is a possibility of negotiation for a separation of the roles into 2 part-time positions.<br /></p><p>This community is committed to the safety, well-being, and protection of all children in our care.
