<p>As a Teacher’s Aide you will be working under the direction of the Learning Support Coordinator and class teachers to deliver learning support for students with identified needs across K – Yr12.  There are a couple of positions available.</p><p>This position is flexible and can be designed to suit your availability.</p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria:</b><br /></p><p>• Commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support faith formation of students. </p><p>• Working effectively with team members, in particular, the classroom teacher. </p><p>• Demonstrated experience working with children and providing in-class support across the curriculum to students with various learning difficulties. </p><p>• A commitment and interest to support students with special learning needs. </p><p>• Patience, resilience, and the desire and skills to provide learning and care to students. </p><p>• Excellent communication and IT skills </p><p>• Ability to work with small groups of students</p><p>• Confident to take initiative, be innovative and put forward ideas</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications / skills/ Traits: </b></p><p>• Minimum qualification of Certificate III or IV in Education Support </p><p>• Experience in working with students with learning difficulties </p><p>• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel </p><p>• Punctual and excellent time management skills </p><p><br /></p><p>All applications are to be submitted in writing and addressed to the Principal Sr Irene Boughosn, with copies of qualifications to <a href="mailto:employment&#64;stmarouns.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">employment&#64;stmarouns.nsw.edu.au</a> </p><p><br /></p>
