Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a fulltime fixed term contract Year 7 teacher to join our existing team as a result of Long Service Leave and Parental Leave. This contract will initially be offered from Term 3, 2022 until the end of Term 3, 2023, with the possibility of an extension through to the end of the 2023 school year.

<div>The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible, have an understanding of inquiry / growth mindset, trans-disciplinary learning, and experience with project based learning. The ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative team environment is essential. </div><div><br /></div><div>Teaching positions are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation, and delivery of appropriate instructional programs to Year 7 students in a secondary learning environment that guide and encourage students to develop and fulfil their academic potential. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for a designated Care Group. </div><div><br /></div><div>We envision bringing onboard a qualified and experienced teacher with a proven record in education, committed to excellence in Christian co-education, a passion for working with Year 7 students transitioning to high school, and an understanding of Restorative Practices, and the principles of Lutheran education to join our team.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>A full position description is also available on the College website.
