<p>Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview was established in 1880 as a Catholic boys’ school in the Jesuit tradition. We pay our respects to the Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations people who dwell on this land. </p><p>The College is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Officer to support our team of passionate professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be working across many parts of the Human Resource cycle and across broad and diverse areas of our organisation. </p><p>The role involves:<br /></p><p>• providing generalist support across the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and off boarding, </p><p>• assisting the Deputy Principal Staff and Dean of Staff in the provision of Human Resource practices within the College </p><p>• supporting the efficient operations of the Staff Services team. </p><p>The position is full time ongoing starting early August 2022. </p><p>The successful candidate will have: </p><p>• Demonstrated Human Resource skills or similar experience, preferable within an education environment </p><p>• Qualifications in human resource management </p><p>• The ability to interpret relevant industrial relations awards </p><p>• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail </p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships </p><p>• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite </p><p>• A team approach and willingness to support administration and operational tasks </p><p>• Strong stakeholder engagement levels </p><p>• The ability to be flexible and readily adapt to changing circumstances </p><p>• The ability to work under pressure </p><p>• hold a current Working with Children Check (or be prepared to obtain one prior to commencement) and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people </p><p><b>HOW TO APPLY</b><br /></p><p>Application must be submitted via our online system and should include the following information in PDF format: </p><p>• Cover letter </p><p>• Resume which includes details of qualifications, relevant experience and the names and contact details of three referees </p><p>• Copies of academic transcripts </p><p>For all questions related to this position please contact Billie Trkulja <a href="employment&#64;riverview.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">employment&#64;riverview.nsw.edu.au</a> </p><p><b>Applications close Sunday 19 June 2022</b></p><p><i>Saint Ignatius&#39; College Riverview is committed to protecting children and young people from harm.
