We see our working parents as true superheroes, in that spirit, we offer a part-time position in our Co-Curricular Administration team with the opportunity to negotiate the hours and days that suit your family life – school term term time only! (to a maximum of 0.80 FTE). </p><p>As a passionate administrator, you will be one of the main points of contact for the administrative functions of our Sport, Extended Learning, Performing Arts and Outdoor Education programs. You will excel in processes and be able to forge strong working relationships with our students, parents and wider College community. Technically savvy, you will have intermediate to advanced skills in using the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook. You will also be a positive and open communicator, who thrives in a team, and loves working in a varied environment. </p><p>The salary range for this role will be $ 66,000 - $ 72,000 FTE pro rata, plus super. </p><h4><br /></h4><h4>About you </h4><p>You will have the following skills and capabilities: </p><ul><li>A positive and collaborative attitude and the ability to work with a team </li><li>The capability to prioritise and work with competing deadlines </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Experience working with people across all levels and the willingness to create positive relationships with all members of the College community </li><li>Interest in Co-Curricular programs.
