St Joseph's Primary School Bulahdelah is&nbsp;seeking a permanent full time Principal&nbsp;to join the team&nbsp;Term 1, 2023<br><br>St Joseph's Primary School, Bulahdelah, is a small Kindergarten to Year 6 Catholic systemic school servicing the town of Bulahdelah and surrounding communities including Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest, Coolongolook.?&nbsp;<br><br>Further information can be found in the Community Consultation document.<br><br><br><head3><b>POSITION DESCRIPTION</b></head3><br><br>The Principal will lead across the school community to:<br><li>Model faith in action<br></li><li>Develop and shape a shared vision focussed on providing quality educational experiences and learning outcomes for all students<br></li><li>Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and all other stakeholders<br></li><li>Support and monitor the learning and growth of effective teachers<br></li><li>Set high standards for students and staff performance.<br><br>Teachers in a Catholic school have a unique role to play and are assigned with the task of ensuring each child has the opportunity to grow both academically and spiritually and to live purposeful lives. The teacher will promote the school as a place of learning and excellence in accordance with contemporary evidence-based learning and wellbeing principles (including digital learning) and will ensure the ongoing development and implementation of pedagogical practices that impact on student learning outcomes.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>Acknowledgement and agreement of the requirement to work within the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
