St Mary's Primary School Scone&nbsp;is seeking a permanent fulltime&nbsp;Assistant Principal&nbsp;to join the team in 2023.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>St Mary's Primary School, Scone is a small rural community offering a Catholic education for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.&nbsp; Equipped with modern and engaging facilities, St Mary's uses a contemporary approach to learning which is personalised, stimulating and responds to the learning needs, interests and experiences of each student.&nbsp; St Mary's offers an inclusive environment filled with skilled and committed staffing who nurture the social, emotional, physical and spirtual development of all students in our care, the best possible education with rich learning experiences for our students across the curriculum.<br><br><br><head3><b>POSITION DESCRIPTION</b></head3><br><br>The Assistant Principal will assist the Principal to lead across the school community to:<br><li>Model faith in action<br></li><li>Develop and shape a shared vision focused on providing quality educational experiences and learning outcomes for all students<br></li><li>Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and all other stakeholders<br></li><li>Support and monitor the learning and growth of effective teachers<br></li><li>Set high standards for students and staff performance<br><br>Acknowledgement and agreement of the requirement to work within the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
