The College is seeking a dynamic, innovative leader who can collaboratively work to position the College into the future where our community's experiences of learning is transformed so we are building our students capacity to learn, create and adapt to an unknown future. Position commencing January 2023.

<p><i>Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College, Kensington</i> is seeking an innovative, experienced and collaborative leader to fill this newly updated Careers key role in our vision for the future. </p><p><i>The Leader of Pathways &amp; Partnerships</i> position holds responsibility for contributing positively to the College’s vision to build a learning community with a view to positioning the school into the future, one that is forward thinking, innovative and competitive. You will contribute to the positive promotion of all pathway options, not just the ATAR pathway and work collaboratively to build the aspirations of students.</p><p><i>The Leader of Pathways &amp; Partnerships</i> works collaboratively with members of the Student Wellbeing and Learning Innovation Teams, industry and tertiary providers to deliver personalised planning for students on their post school options. The role assists students and families to make informed choices about further learning, as well as to set students up for success beyond Year 12.</p><p>This role maintains a small teaching load and extra curricular participation. <b>If you&#39;re looking for more hours i.e. 0.8 or fulltime, please also express your interest in this position if you believe it is right for you. </b></p><p> </p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria: </b></p><ul><li>Commitment to Catholic Education with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of all students. </li><li>Exemplary classroom practitioner with a proven track record of student growth.</li><li>At least 6 - 10 years teaching experience in more than one school.</li><li>Experience working as a careers advisor is an advantage.</li><li>Experience working in partnership with tertiary providers and industry is an advantage but not essential.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrated high level communication, presentation and negotiation skills. </li><li>Demonstrated high level change and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Demonstrated high level organisational and project management skills. </li><li>Ability to develop and maintain structures for effective liaison and consultation with the College community and wider Network of Sydney Catholic Schools.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><a href="https://forms.gle/ma3Mn3c7FGT578m98" rel="nofollow">Teacher Application Form</a></b></p><p>Interviews may commence prior to the closing date. </p><p> </p><p><b><u>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.</u></b><br /></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Please note: </b><i>Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities.
