The College seeks an experienced primary sports coach and Duke of Edinburgh Leader to commence Term 3, 2022 for a 6 month Contract with the potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate

<p><b>About the College </b></p><p>Emmanuel Anglican College is a coeducational Anglican school in Ballina, New South Wales. The position is responsible for operating the primary school sport program, coaching a range of school sports, assisting with sports administration and assisting with the operation of the Duke of Edinburgh program. The candidate must be a positive and proactive contributor to the wider sport and coaching team, as well as a competent administrator.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>The following responsibilities are not exhaustive but are indicative of the scope and nature of the role.</p><ul><li>Plan and facilitate the Primary School Sport Program</li><li>Coach a variety of College representative sports</li><li>Assist with sporting administrative duties as required</li><li>Assist with the operation of the Duke of Edinburgh Award<br /></li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications</b><br /></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience working with young people and an understanding of the legal and professional expectations and obligations relating to working with children and young people.</li><li>Appropriate qualifications and experience in sports coaching.
